This 75-minute class packs a lot of deep work in a short time. Through a steady, mindful flow Jillian weaves in deep breathing and fluid movements designed to leave you more grounded while increasing circulation and releasing deep tension in your body and mind. Your energy will be balanced and lifted for the day. You will leave feeling centered, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Designed for all levels, however some experience is helpful.

Level II Vinyasa
In this Level two hour long class, Jillian will guide you through a creative sequence designed for those with yoga experience as well as seasoned yogis. You will enjoy a blend of moving poses, rhythmic breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation, with time to integrate key alignment principles in poses while feeling with the finer, more subtle, details of the experience. You will leave more grounded, present, and spacious.

Jillian’s Flow Practice is designed to meet the needs of all students,
allowing newer and seasoned practitioners to work in a way that is personal,
authentic and most useful to their over all wellbeing. In each class you will
receive alignment cues, subtle adjustments, and variety of breathing
practices and awareness building techniques.
Sequences blend elements from many styles of yoga woven into a slow flow
experience, combining peace and power, movement and stillness, insight and
breath, while exploring the philosophy and practice of yoga both on and off the
mat. Jillian’s teaching appeals to newer and advanced
students, as she is often considered a teachers teacher.
Jillian’s Restorative Practice is an essential part of any yoga practitioner's path. Whether using restorative for rest and relaxation or healing, you will experience a deep release and insight that is not often attainable in Hatha yoga classes or more movement oriented practices. Restorative yoga emphasizes the calming of the nervous system and teaches the art of relaxation, which has tremendous mental and physical benefits. Jillian’s classes most often include a gentle warm up of the body, breath and mind, before settling into a series of rejuvenating and supported poses to promote vitality and create a state of deep relaxation. You will melt tension, develop repose and stillness, and leave feeling completely refreshed and fully restored. Most importantly Jillian is known for crafting opportunities with in the practice for students to move inward for great insight and “higher” learning. This essential class is great for all levels of yoga students.
