Lesson No. 35 We Need to Keep Skipping Along

In our modern lives, we need to figure out how to re-calibrate as we move forward. Clearly we know that life doesn't slow down and most of us need to keep pace with our jobs, families, and responsibilities. Instead, we need to be more skillful in learning to rest in the moments between winds... between skipping... in order to truly flow forward with clarity, gratitude, and vigor. Consider Williams poem, "Jumping Rope":

Jumping Rope

by William Finkel, 7 years old.

Jumping like the wind
Up and down like a tornado
Tornado spins
Around the houses
Ground, get steady
Everything all better
Now, Jump again.
