With an emphasis on breath-based movement, restorative yoga, somatic healing, and mindfulness, you’ll feel more grounded, centered, and connected—in your practice and your life.

  • You can access your classes in the Lessons section (here).

    Make sure you're signed in using the same email address you used to register for your Membership. Once you're in, scroll down to see all available classes.

    On the left side of the page, you’ll find tabs for different Practice Collections to help you easily explore and navigate classes organized by theme.

    If you see lock icons on the practice video thumbnails, it means you’ve been signed out. Simply sign back in to regain access.

  • If you’re seeing lock icons on the practice video thumbnails, it means you’re not signed in.

    To access your content:

    1. Click Log In in the upper right corner of the page.

    2. Sign in using the email address you used to register for your membership.

    Forgot your password?
    No problem—on the login pop-up, you’ll find a “Forgot password?” link. Click on it and follow the prompts to reset your password.

  • No worries — it’s easy to reset your password.

    1. Click Log In in the upper right corner of the page.

    2. In the login pop-up, click the “Forgot password?” link (located in the bottom left corner).

    3. Follow the prompts to reset your password and regain access to your account.

  • We understand that sometimes our practice ebbs and flows. It’s easy to cancel your membership at any time.

    To cancel your membership:

    1. Sign in to your account.

    2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page to open your Account Center.

    3. Select My Settings (here).

    4. Scroll down to the Subscriptions section and click Cancel next to your Online Studio Membership.

    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.

    You’ll continue to have access to your membership until the end of your current subscription period. After that, your membership will not renew.

  • Recordings are published within 24 hours following a live class or session.

    You’ll receive an email with the recording link once it’s available.

  • Recording access depends on the type of class and how you are joining:

    • Online Studio Members typically have access to class recordings for at least 6 months.

    • Full Series participants have access to recordings for the entire duration of the series.

    • Drop-in classes usually provide access to the recording for 6 days.

    Please refer to the specific registration page for each class to confirm the exact length of access.
