As we move closer to the holiday season, we are also moving along with so many complex challenges throughout our world, our communities, and our personal lives. And while we face these difficulties, it is also true that there is much support and beauty around us — especially when we look to the natural elements. We can see the gifts of grace everywhere. This practice welcomes you as you are, however you may be feeling today, to pause, soften, and make space for the grace of nature to fill us through our breath and body. We’ll flow through mindful poses and compassion practices (gratitude), and also practice honoring our own grit and the steadfast energy we may need to continue forward with whatever our conditions are. This practice will leave you feeling empowered with strength, softness, and great warmth.
