Ayurvedic Alignment: Self-Care Practices for Deep Winter Renewal with Guest Teacher Jennifer Kurdyla

Ayurvedic Alignment:
Self-Care Practices for Deep Winter Renewal with Jennifer Kurdyla

Tuesday, February 13
3:00-4:15pm EST
Recording access for 30 days

This guest workshop is included in Jillian’s monthly membership and is available as a drop-in workshop.

Seasonal alignment is a pillar of health and healing in both the Ayurvedic and yoga traditions. When we acknowledge the qualities and elements at play in our external and internal environments, we can make choices for how we eat, move, and relate to each other that helps us embrace change rather than resist it.

In this workshop, you'll learn practical tools and techniques to guide your yoga practice and self-care rituals to support vata and kapha doshas, which dominate in the late-winter months. From establishing rhythms throughout the day to creating stable but supple containers for creativity and growth, these practices will not only help you feel at ease and energized as we move toward spring, but also support common mental and physical stressors all year long.

We will have the opportunity for some simple movement practices during the session, so if you wish to join please have space to stand and wear comfortable clothes (no mats/props needed). You may also wish to have a notebook handy for reflection.
