Bright Breath
Come take a big breath of fresh air! This profound breath-led practice will shift your mind, replenish your energy, and expand your body. Our sequence will integrate breathing practices with movements that release tension in psoas and all the muscles that surround the diaphragm. With a more expansive breath, we will have more energy to create, play, work, serve, and embrace the day!
As we expand with the energy of summer, we can savor and receive the sun’s vibrant, healing life force to create space for our inner glow to radiate. In this practice series, we’ll work with postures that focus on our core and digestion, expansive breathing techniques to release tension and replenish our inner reserves, and lovingkindness meditations to reflect our light into the world. Through these practices we’ll learn to get grounded and open our awareness, so that we can bring this bright, unbound energy in and through our body, allowing us to give and receive more compassion and joy.
