Bright Energy
A Summer Solstice Practice to savor and receive the sun’s vibrant healing energy to create space for your inner glow to shine. This refreshing practice will help you soothe your nervous system, release stagnation, and boost your energy. Integrating breathing exercises, core work, and twists, we will ring-out stress and tension, rinse the body and mind, and enhance flow of energy through our whole being.
As we expand with the energy of summer, we can savor and receive the sun’s vibrant, healing life force to create space for our inner glow to radiate. In this practice series, we’ll work with postures that focus on our core and digestion, expansive breathing techniques to release tension and replenish our inner reserves, and lovingkindness meditations to reflect our light into the world. Through these practices we’ll learn to get grounded and open our awareness, so that we can bring this bright, unbound energy in and through our body, allowing us to give and receive more compassion and joy.
