roots of love series - heart medicine for hard times

ROOTS OF LOVE SERIES

Autumn is a season of letting go and accepting the impermanence of things. During this season of change and transformation—as we experience, process, and digest a wide range of emotions—our practices can help us feel more grounded and rooted, more supported and nourished.

Join us for a healing class series featuring heart-based practices to help us bring about a stronger sense of physical, mental, and emotional well-being — just when we need it most. We’ll warm our inner atmosphere and release deep stress and tension in order to boost our capacity to feel present and at ease.

Our practices will be built upon lovingkindness, weaving together slow-flow yoga, deep restorative relaxation, and Metta meditation. (Just a small dose of Metta practice has been shown to release stress and tension and help us feel better.) Plus, we’ll incorporate Inner reflection and self-love to help us cultivate more meaningful connections around us.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11
10:00-10:45 AM EDT

Restoring Love: Rest & Digest

This practice will bring overall balance to the nervous system and set up conditions for optimal digestion (physically and emotionally) during a season when digestion and processing needs extra support. Our movement will support release and ease, as we tend to the hips, belly, and low back. We’ll pay attention to how they are connected to your mental and emotional state, while we also make room for more comfort and flow. When we feel more supported, we relax and open more; everything can then move more freely, fluidly, and gracefully.

Join us for the full series.

We are also now offering an Online Studio Membership that offers extended access to recordings from this series—and an entire library of classes for only $55 a month. Cancel anytime. Learn more here.
