ABOUT THIS TRAINING
In this all-new online training with Jillian Pransky, you’ll learn the science, theory, sequencing principles, and teaching skills you need to guide deeply restorative experiences—working with only 1-3 props.
You’ll also dive into detailed propping and alignment immersives so you can create effective practices when you don’t have a pile of blankets or bolsters available. Plus, you’ll access special guest teacher sessions with Tamika Caston-Miller and Jivana Heyman to learn how to adapt restorative yoga for a variety of students.
This flexible online training can be completed live or self-paced via recordings.
