Let’s Rest Together

Join us as we restore ourselves and each other so we can meet our inner and outer world with more resources, heart, and wisdom. During this week you’ll be guided by teachers who are gifted in supporting our ability to rest, renew, and reconnect.

Together, we will share restful practices as a path of restoration, connection, love, healing, and replenishing the resources needed in order to show up in the world as a source of healing for ourselves and others.

Everyone is welcome….everyone. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

I am thankful to have you here.

It is with great gratitude, and excitement that I have the honor to host these heart-centered, luminary teachers. I am looking forward to sharing this rich week of rest with you, to holding space for us and to be held in our loving community. And, while it will be so nourishing to gather 'here', I also celebrate that we are already, always, together in the vast space of the heart.
