ABOUT THE SERIES:

The pace of our lives and all the transitions that come along the way can make us feel both depleted and stirred. There can be a pull toward growth, even as parts of us hold back. What if we met with change differently?

Incorporating resistance bands on the mat is a powerful tool to support our nervous system in these times. Bands help us cultivate strength that supports rather than strains, and foster an openness that doesn’t overwhelm.

This is an invitation to gently stretch into times of uncertainty—steady and open to what life brings.
