At the heart of our yoga practices is the deepest intention to nourish ourselves and our resources, so that we can radiate back outward and be of service to others. If you're looking for a way to feel more grounded, centered, and open in the face of the challenges we're all facing today, you're invite to steep your flow (and your life) in the science and practice of deep relaxation.In this five-week online course, Jillian Pransky—international restorative yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and author of Deep Listening: A Healing Practice to Calm Your Body, Clear Your Mind, and Open Your Heart—will share the tools and practices for developing self-awareness and balance day-to-day so that you create more space for relaxation and compassionate action.  This isn't about being your "best self" or doing more. Our lives are already rife with stress, anxiety, and burnout from taking on too much. Instead, you will be invited to be here and do less because, as Jillian says, “A little, often, is a lot.” You’ll restore your slow flow and refresh your perspective with tools you can use throughout the day, so you discover how to respond, rather than react to life’s circumstances in a heart-centered, nourishing way.This course features simple, short practices designed to integrate into your day easily and immediately—whether you have 20 minutes on the mat or 3 minutes as you're waiting in your car. Each week you will receive a new module of lessons that offer skills which progress, like stepping-stones, from one to the next. And with practice, they'll be available  in your embodied toolkit for years to come.
