This 20-minute Full Moon Deep Restorative Relaxation is designed to help us tap into the energy of the full moon and harness the powerful energies that are present during this passage. The full moon tends to amplify whatever you are unconsciously feeling, so we will consciously choose to nourish ourselves with supportive practices to harness the positive energy of the light. We'll practice inner smiling techniques to boost our healing and well-being, focusing on releasing stress, cultivating inner joy, and enhancing a sense of peace. You are welcome to pair this practice with the subsequent practices in this series to feel more grounded, centered, and cared for.
