Thursday, July 10 at 9:00-9:30am EDTFull Moon Deep Restorative Relaxation

  • This 20-minute Full Moon Deep Restorative Relaxation is designed to help us tap into the energy of the full moon and harness the powerful energies that are present during this passage. The full moon tends to amplify whatever you are unconsciously feeling, so we will consciously choose to nourish ourselves with supportive practices to harness the positive energy of the light. We'll practice inner smiling techniques to boost our healing and well-being, focusing on releasing stress, cultivating inner joy, and enhancing a sense of peace. You are welcome to pair this practice with the subsequent practices in this series to feel more grounded, centered, and cared for.

  • Bonus Full-Body Practice: Plus, in your reminder email, you'll receive a NEW pre-recorded 10-minute centering and stabilizing practice that you're welcome to try at anytime.

  • This full-body practice will focus on our foundations—our feet, legs, and pelvis—that will leave us feeling centered and balanced in our body yet expansive and open in our mind. Light weights or water bottles are optional.

Thursday, July 24 at 9:00-9:30AM EDTStrong Body, Open Mind—Core

  • This full-body practice will focus on the core—all the supporting muscles of the torso and central line of the body. This practice will leave us feeling centered and balanced in our body yet expansive and open in our mind. Light weights or water bottles are optional.

Thursday, July 31 (NEW PRE-RECORDED ON-DEMAND PRACTICE)Strong Body, Open Mind—Upper Body

  • This full-body practice focus on the shoulders, chest, upper back, and neck, leaving us feeling centered and balanced in our body yet expansive and open in our mind. Light weights or water bottles are optional.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Light weights or water bottles are optional.

Also, while needs may vary slightly per class, you may wish to be prepared with:

  • mat

  • 2 blocks

  • 3-4 yoga blankets

  • strap

  • bed pillow 

  • optional neck roll or small dish towels for extra head and neck support

  • ottoman or stool for legs up

  • Recordings available through Wednesday, August 6
