As we journey into the busyness of our lives, with our intentions, schedules, and travels, it’s easy to feel like our days are slipping by, getting tangled up in stress, or caught up in planning. There is another way: We can train ourselves to experience each moment of our lives feeling more grounded and present, so we can truly connect with ourselves and each other.

    • 25-minute meditation, 60-minute slow flow
      (1 week you'll receive a 40-minute pure restorative, 1 week you'll receive a 90-minute mini-retreat) 

      • An invitation to read a chapter of Deep Listening (optional)

      • 1-2 practices associated with the chapter

      • Personal inquiry prompts that you can respond to in a special Deep Listening downloadable journal

    • Practices were previously recorded in 2022

    • Program recordings available for 3 months after registration.

  • You will access all of the recordings as soon as you register, but this is how I recommend experiencing the program:

    Week 3: Let Yourself Land Meditation & Slow Flow

  • While needs may vary slightly per class, you may wish to be prepared with:

    • mat

    • 2 blocks

    • 3-4 yoga blankets

    • strap

    • bed pillow 

    • optional neck roll or small dish towels for extra head and neck support

    • ottoman or stool for legs up

    • Recordings available for 3 months after registration.
