You will access all of the recordings as soon as you register, but this is how I recommend experiencing the program:

While needs may vary slightly per class, you may wish to be prepared with:
mat
2 blocks
3-4 yoga blankets
strap
bed pillow
optional neck roll or small dish towels for extra head and neck support
ottoman or stool for legs up
