My retreats invite you into deeply nourishing practices steeped in serene landscapes, where you’ll align with the rhythms of nature at the heart of my teaching.
While every immersion is unique, my retreats integrate nature walks, soul-stirring live music from my favorite artists, evenings under the moon and stars and around the fire, and so much more.
In our time together, you’ll feel more grounded, open, and relaxed; you’ll also awaken joy and spaciousness. It’s my wish that you return to your life with a sense of presence and belonging that gives rise to stronger relationships with yourself and those around you.
You don’t need to have any yoga experience to come retreat with me… only the desire to explore what it truly means to be your fullest self. Whether you have a day or a week, give yourself the gift of a retreat for deep relaxation and renewal.
You’ll also return home with tools for your daily life when you need them most.
