This practice is designed to release blocked energy and melt deeply held stress and tension. We will mindfully address the nervous system through a grounding series integrating slow flow movement, breath awareness, guided relaxation, and RESToratives. This potent calming practice can be used frequently to support your nervous system, digestion, sleep, and energy reserves.

We'll learn how to adapt mindful movement sequences, breathing practices, restorative yoga, awareness, and meditation tools to support us during anxious times. Plus, most importantly, you'll take away practices and off-the-mat tools and techniques to feel more grounded, calm, and present on the spot. Teachers, healthcare practitioners, parents, and students are welcome.
