Join us for a workshop-style practice series to cultivate the ability to shift into a state of calm, clarity, and connectedness on the spot. Each week we’ll explore a vagus-stimulating and lymph-clearing practice designed to nourish a more optimal balance between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, boosting our resilience and optimizing all of our systems for health and healing.
This series will offer powerful practices and tools to develop a more responsive, flexible nervous system that allows us to better nourish our overall bodily health while helping us to be grounded, present, and open, so we can support ourselves and our communities... in times of joy and in times of tumult.
Each practice will integrate mindful somatic movement, restorative yoga, conscious breathing practices and deep relaxation. You’ll also receive journaling prompts as well as portable tips and approaches you can incorporate into your daily life. We'll conclude each practice with an optional 10-minute community chat and opportunity to share experience and ask Jillian questions live.

While needs may vary slightly per class, you may wish to be prepared with:
mat
2 blocks
3-4 yoga blankets
strap
bed pillow
optional neck roll or small dish towels for extra head and neck support
ottoman or stool for legs up

First, sign into your Zoom app.
Sign into your HeyMarvelous account, and ensure you’re in Jillian’s studio.
Click on Calendar in the navigation.
You’ll see Jillian’s schedule. Go to the class, and click on VIEW.
Click on the Join Session button.
You’ll be in the Waiting Room, until we open the Zoom Room, promptly at start time.
