You'll learn the science, theory, and skills behind restoratives, propping, and alignment—when working with 1-2 props. Jillian will demonstrate dozens of ways to set up 8 essential poses, and you’ll experience many of the variations.
You’ll be surprised by how much support you can create (and receive) from so little, and you'll leave with a new bag of tricks to incorporate into your flow, meditation, or restorative practices without relying on piles of props.
This workshop is open to all. It will be especially useful for yoga teachers, pilates teachers, body workers, physical therapists, and caretakers.
