Join meditation and yoga teacher Jillian Pransky to explore the pause between stimulus and response—a space where you can let go of old habits and meet the present freshly and fully. By consciously relaxing into this pause, you’ll cultivate grounding, openness, and presence, gaining clarity, wisdom, and wholeheartedness. Most importantly, you’ll feel more connected—to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Through mindful yoga flows, somatic exercises, restorative practices, guided relaxation, meditation, journaling, and contemplative walks in nature, you will learn to::
— Reduce stress and tension in the moment
— Return to a sense of spaciousness and ease
— Open the path to deeper connection with your body, mind, and heart
— Cultivate expanded awareness and attentive listening
— Reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you
Return home with a compassionate practice that draws you back to the present over and over again, restoring your sense of deep connection.
Jillian will guide you through LARLAR™, her six-step method for integrating mindful pauses into daily life. You’ll leave relaxed, open, and equipped to bring calm, clarity, and connection into any moment—returning again and again to presence, ease, and wholehearted engagement. Along the way, enjoy Jillian’s signature blend of deep guidance and joyful community—playful music, campfires, nature, and spontaneous laughter—leaving you inspired, refreshed, and fully alive.
